How do I make an order?
A1)
Just click on the "Buy Now" button on the item you wish
to purchase. After you have finished making your purchases, click
on "Proceed to Order Form" to fill up your particulars
and submit to us!
Q2)
Is my order confirmed the moment I sent in my order form?
A2)
No. Your order is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation
email from us. If you didn't hear from us within 2 days, please
email us immediately at enquiry@cheeryparadise.com.sg
The
item(s) will be reserved for 3 days and customers
are to reply and make their payment to us to confirm their order.
If there is no respond after 3 days, the item(s) will be given
up to the next customer on waiting list.

Why is the actual colour on the screen differs from what I actually
received?

Due to lighting during photography of our products, it is thus
unavoidable that the actual colour might be slightly different
from what you see on the website. We apologise for any inconvenience
caused, if any.

What are other services you provide?

Cheery Paradise will provide gift wrapping services at S$3.00
(inclusive of wrapping and a mini greeting card). This service
is free for purchase of S$50.00.

How do I place my order for wedding favours?

Please fill up our order form for wedding favours.
Q2)
How long in advance I have to place my order?
A2)
For ex-stock, we can deliver to you within 3 days if there is
no special requests such as name tags. If you required name tags,
please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
For
special order items, please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
In any case, it is always better to place your order early :)
Q3) How do I know whether ex-stock is available?
A3)
Please look under your favourite wedding favors page, we will
indicate at the bottom of the page:-
a)
Ex-stock available - This means that currently we have stock available.
b)
Ex-stock limited - This means that our stock is running low.
c)
Ex-stock only - This means that we will not be repeating our order.
We will only be selling the remaining stock we have at hand.
d) Special Order only - This means that we do not have any stock
at hand and we will place special order.
Q4) Is my order confirmed once I placed my order?

No. Your order is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation
email from us. If you didn't hear from us within 3 days, please

Why do you need to charge us for name tags and special requirements?

This is because we priced our wedding favours at our best price
with NO hidden cost. We believe that we should only charge our
customers based on their requirements.

Do you have a shop for us to view the samples?
A6)
At this moment, Cheery Paradise is operated fully online so that
we can give you our best price. All our products are posted here
online.
For
personalised order, we will email the artwork to our customers
for their endoresement before we proceed.
Q7) Do we need to pay a deposit?
A7)
For personalised order such as name tag and additional requirements,
customers will need 50% deposit of total sales price before we
can proceed.
For
special order which we need to order from overseas, a 50% deposit
is required.
For
ex-stock, no deposit is required. However, customers must collected
the wedding favours within 1 week from the date that we are able
to deliver the goods to you. Otherwise, customers have to place
a 50% deposit to secure the order.

Why are the colours and shape of my wedding favours look different
from the photograph on your website?

As all our products are handmade, it is unavoidable that sometimes
the products might look slightly different from one another. Cheery
Paradise will personally inspect all products to ensure that they
are in good condition before sending them out to our customers.
We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective
item. Q10)
How do I collect my wedding favours?
