Warranty
of Goods
All
our goods will serve their intended fuctions.
Prices
All
our prices are nett and in Singapore dollars. No discounts will
be given unless during monthly promotions.
Delivery
Services
1.
By Registered Postage
We
will post your products to you via Singpost REGISTERED MAIL on
every Wednesdays of the week. All payments received before
or on Tuesday will be processed and send out on Wednesday.
The following charge is applicable.
For
Bags & Accessories Section Only
Total
Order Value from S$01.00 to S$10.00 : S$3.00
Total Order Value from S$11.00 to S$40.00 : S$3.70
Total Order Value from S$41.00 to S$90.00 : S$5.70
Total Order Value from S$91.00 to S$120.00 : S$9.00
Total Order Value from S$121.00 and above : FREE
We
will advise you the Registered Article (RA) no after we posted
the parcel out. You can track the status of your parcel via Singpost website.
For
Wedding Favours
As
wedding favours are usually heavy and bulky, we advise courier
service (see no 2) or self collection (see no 3)

Courier Service
We
can send your items to you via courier service.
For
items below 10kg and during office hours : S$10.00
For items above 10kg and during office hours : S$20.00
For items below 10kg and after office hours : S$20.00
For items above 10kg and after office hours : S$30.00
For CBD areas : Extra $3.00
For Urgent Order : Extra $3.00
3. Self Collection
You
can make arrangement to self-collect your item(s) from us at Hougang
on weekdays evening OR City Hall MRT during lunch time between
12.15 to 1.00pm.
This service is FREE.
4.
International Postage
We
ship overseas to most countries. Please email us at enquiry@cheeryparadise.com.sg
to check with us on the postage fees.

We are not able to deliver to PO Box Addresses.
Payment
Processing
We
only accept Bank Transfer to our POSB/DSB Bank Account, Cheque,
Cash on Delivery and VISA & MASTERCARD via paypal.
Cancellation
of Orders
We
will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the
unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods
within the agreed time frame.
We
will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed
and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation
of Orders
We
will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within
2 days upon successful submission of the electronic order. If
items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer
for further action.
Exchange
& Refunds
All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Cheery Paradise takes pride in our products. We will personally
inspect and ensure that the product are in tip top condition before
sending them to you.
As
all our items (especially bags) are handmade, the prints and measurement
may vary. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes
as a defective item.
If
for some reasons that you are not happy with your products, please
email us within 2 days. We will try our best to make our deal
a happy one. Exchange will be considered on case-to-case basis.
For
exchange, the goods are returned to us in the same condition we
sent to you. Please be informed that buyers have to bear for the
shipping costs in sending and returning of the items. Customers
have to exchange for items which is of same or higher value than
their purchased items. We
regret that no cash refund is allowed.
Gift
Services
We
provide gift services at S$3.00 (inclusive of a mini card and
wrapper). This service is free for purchase above S$50.00.
